Teni Ayo-Ariyo is an HR Professional, coach and a creative being.

Teni holds a dual degree in Psychology and Gender Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Duke University. Currently, she leverages her expertise in HR Strategy at Microsoft and offers services as a coach and workshop facilitator.

Teni loves deep connections, hot water with lemon, and the quiet hum of every day life. She is always searching for music and words that shift her heart and feet. Some days, she practices yoga, some days she uses her business school degree, most days- she’s just trying her best to be human.
